Lynne holds the belief that people already know the answers and that through respectful listening and questioning, their truth will come out. Following this holistic approach Lynne’s career developed into coaching, facilitating and personal development. In 2006, she left the corporate world to set up her own business.
Maxine has been a solicitor in private practice for many years and established her own law firm about 10 years ago dealing predominately with civil litigation. Maxine is committed to ensuring that parties resolve their disputes in the least adversarial way possible, thus salvaging relationships (commercial and personal) as well as saving large amounts of money, time and stress. Maxine’s analytical skills and the experience she gained in her years as a solicitor mean that she gets to grips with issues quickly and effectively ensuring that the parties leave the mediation with a satisfactory outcome.
