Carmen uses her experience of working in diverse organisations and cultures to explore and achieve successful outcomes for parties in conflict. She has worked at senior level in the charity, education and disability sectors and has solid experience and knowledge of workplace employment issues and HR and business processes. Her experience is supported by an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and training in facilitation, management and mindfulness. Her ability to handle complex disputes with confidence and a natural ability to help people identify the solutions that work for them ensures that parties achieve realistic and sustainable results.

Lynne Irwin

Lynne has worked in all aspects of HR in a wide variety of industry sectors (pharmaceuticals, telecoms, charity, media and public sector), in companies ranging from 2 to 2000 employees. Lynne holds the belief that people already know the answers and that through respectful listening and questioning, their truth will come out. Following this holistic approach Lynne’s career developed into coaching, facilitating and personal development. In 2006, she left the corporate world to set up her own business.

Maxine Madderson

Maxine has been a solicitor in private practice for many years and established her own law firm about 10 years ago dealing predominately with civil litigation. Maxine is committed to ensuring that parties resolve their disputes in the least adversarial way possible, thus salvaging relationships (commercial and personal) as well as saving large amounts of money, time and stress. Maxine’s analytical skills and the experience she gained in her years as a solicitor mean that she gets to grips with issues quickly and effectively ensuring that the parties leave the mediation with a satisfactory outcome.
